Lauderdale Lakes CRA District - financially assisted  facade alteration of this four story office building located on the east side of State Road 441. 

 

Alteration requirement was for the building facade design to be 'Old World' concept.

 

Dated four story office building with simple lines and stone veneer facade and large metal statue fronting State Road 441.

 

RIGHT - Concept Sketch

 

Design sketch emphasis was simplistic Italian facade without major modification of the existing windows or structure.  Accent applied to the two vertical rows each side of the central windows above the main entrance canopy.  Top of building accentuated with strong horizontal banding and barrel tile mansard roof.

 

Photo taken from State Road 441 showing the completed facade alteration of the office building. Project consisted of removing the old stone veneer and refinishing the building with different stucco textures and accent features such as the rosettes at the top of the window banding.  Original windows remained set back with area above built out flush.
