As a qualified Dunkin Brands Architect we are able
to do the out-parcel shell and the Dunkin' tenant improvement.
LAUDERDALE LAKES Dunkin' Donut / Retail Outparcel: 5,000 sq. ft. free standing Retail / Dunkin Donuts building was
constructed on a vacant out-parcel in the Lauderdale Marketplace. S.E. corner of SR 441 & Oakland Park in an Community
Redevelopment Area (CRA) designated as the Old Town Center in Lauder dale Lakes. City design criterial was to incorporate
Mediterranean elements into the structure. Site plan was approved with Conditional Use & Variances.
Left - Organic wave with Dunkin' monolith colors abuts a smaller wave over the adjacent retail bay front on Oakland Park
Boulevard to create street appeal.
Bottom Left - raised corner element and feature boxes accentuate a wrap around drive
thru lane.
Below - retail center designed with 'Old World 'Mediterranean elements as required by the
City of Lauderdale Lakes.
Above - Pervious old Captain Crab freestanding restaurant with drive thru.

WESTGATE PLAZA Dunkin' Donut / Retail Outparcel: Free standing Retail / Dunkin Donuts building constructed on
a vacant out-parcel in the Westgate Plaza Shopping Center, N.W. corner of SR 441 & Broward Boulevard in Plantation FL. City
design criterial is to incorporate Plantation Tropical elements into the structure.
SUNRISE BOULEVARD - Dunkin' Donut Prototype: Renovation of an old Captain Crab freestanding restaurant
with drive thru into a Dunkin Donut Prototype with drive-thru. Located on Sunrise Boulevard west of I-95 in Broward County Unincorporated.
Site located just west of SR I-95.

SUNRISE Dunkin' / Retail: Located at 8401 W Oakland Park Blvd. in Sunrise Florida is an existing 4,296 sq.
ft. free standing abandoned bank building with drive thru to be converted into a Dunkin' Restaurant with adjacent retail
bay. Street facade being converted into Dunkin' new Next Gen prototype entry monolith to the left with adjacent retail
bay. Rear bank drive-thru canopy to be demolished to open area for Dunkin' drive-thru monolith. In for
