Five Star 240 key Sheraton Resort Hotel proposed in Ein Sukhna, an enterprise zone located on the Gulf of Suez, one hour drive through the desert south of Cairo, Egypt.  

240 room four star Sheraton Resort Hotel with surrounding health club and free standing time share units.

 

Project was presented to the Egyptian Council but not built due to economic conditions after 2000.

Overall perspective of Hotel complex with the Gulf of Suez beyond. Central pyramid feature is the main lobby with the night club and Shopping Mall located to the left and Main Ball Room and meeting rooms to the right.  Beyond are two three story hotel room wings either side of an open Pool amenities area beyond.  Each wing of hotel rooms are double loaded corridors opening up to a canvas cover atrium space.
