Claridge Oakland Park

We were the initial designer and obtained site plan approval for the Claridge Oakland Park mixed-use project. The project consists of three fifteen story towers with 103 residential condominium units over a multi-level parking garage and grade level swimming pool, amenities and restaurant uses. Final facade design and construction documents are currently being done by a larger architectural firm in Miami FL.

Project is located at 3000 E Oakland Park Blvd., Fort Lauderdale Florida on the west side of the Intra-coastal waterway. Fronting the project will be several private boat slips for residence use.

Site plan approved is the Atlantic 3350, LLC. This is a mixed-use project with a nineteen story 180 key hotel tower to the west (left) and a twenty-one story residential tower with 77 units to the east (right).

Both towers sit above a five level parking garage and grade level retail uses. This project is located on the barrier island at 3350 E Atlantic Boulevard, Pompano Beach Florida.
