Proposed five story 97 key Cambria Hotel & Suites designed on a site that is 121 feet deep with 25 ft. front & 26 ft. rear yard setbacks.  The project is currently in Final Site Plan approval to be located @ 2231 North Ocean Boulevard, Fort Lauderdale two blocks west of the Atlantic Ocean in the Fort Lauderdale Barrier Island.

Designed in a urban modern Architectural style with predominant vertical elements and horizontal parapet wave design. Accentuated entry feature in stone veneer finish along with lobby level access features such as a corner coffee shop with outdoor seating, meeting rooms, central restaurant/pub, fitness center and elevated pool deck. The east facing facade glazing at lobby level is oversized for pedestrian interaction with numerous upper level balconies with views towards the Atlantic Ocean.  The hotel Flag signage is predominately featured at the top corner locations. Selected colors are white and black stone veneer with white stucco finishes.
